Self-proclaiming brother of embattled Menzgold boss Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1, Stanley Kodia aka KOD is out once again with a staggering revelation.

According to him, the Dubai Company, Royal Horizon have filed for appeal against NAM1 due to the Ghana government’s conspiracy.

KOD has been on the neck of the government and threatened on several occasions to expose top personalities who have received money from the embattled business mogul.

The CEO of Menzgold and Zylofon Media on 9th April won his court case in Dubai but the aftermath of the pronouncement has been entangled with several controversies.

NAM1 was pronounced not guilty by a Dubai court and the judged ordered the Royal Horizon, the company who filed for fraud case against NAM1 to pay him his 9 million dollars.

There is a twist of events as NAM1’s brother KOD claims the company has filed for a court appeal against NAM1.

KOD indicated that NAM1 has been arrested by INTERPOL for close to a month now after he won the case and that the government didn’t pass the right channel to put Interpol alert on him.

He further revealed that NAM1 has given the NPP government more than 1.2 million dollars.

He indicated that NAM1 also gave the GFA(Ghana Football Association) 1 Million Dollars and the then President of GFA, Kwesi Nyantakyi can attest to that and none of the government officials noticed then that it was ‘money laundering’.

KOD noted that NAM1 also invested an amount of 1 million dollars to rekindle the collapsing movie industry and he wasn’t questioned for the amount of money he invested in the sector.

According to him,Menzgold customers should share his video for the whole of Ghana to know the truth behind the Menzgold brouhaha.

KOD further revealed that the Nigerian man Ade who is behind NAM1 being arrested in Dubai transferred 10 million dollars to Nigeria but he was never held for Money Laundering.

He opined that the government is trying very hard to bring NAM1 reason business moguls don’t want to invest their monies in businesses in Ghana because they might be held for Money Laundering.

NAM1 was re-arrested after he won his case in Dubai at the command of the Ghanaian authorities.

He was arrested after INTERPOL in Ghana issued an alert that he was being investigated.

NAM1 was arrested in Dubai since November 2018 over a gold deal which went bad.

The embattled CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah prior to his court victory in Dubai on 9th April,2019, a court warrant for his arrest was issued and charged with defrauding thousands by false pretence and money laundering in Ghana following a complaint filed against him by some individuals in an Accra High Court.
